Game Day and Ants: Together As One

Hey everyone.

It's GAME DAY here in the South. It may be GAME DAY somewhere else in the world, too, but I don't care about that. I'm just happy to have a game to attend tonight somewhere in the middle of Georgia.

It involves a team from upstate South Carolina and a team from eastern Alabama. I don't want to spoil it for you.

So why a turtle? Well, we canceled our subscription to the Montgomery Advertiser earlier this week. Until that moment, I had received a newspaper daily since May 1994. It was a sad moment until I realized that newspapers are like turtles -- they change directions slowly, wallow in dirt and honestly believe they're the best animal out there.

We all know the anteater is way better. YOU ALL ARE WITH ME, RIGHT?

If it's good enough for UC-Irvine, it's good enough for me.

Keep your feet on the ground and keep reaching for the stars. If you keep grinding, you can rise above the tomfoolery and become a better turtle anteater.

Pass the ants, people. Slurp, slurp, pass. xoxoxo

  1. Happy game day, jayg. Seems like it took forever to get here.

I've got no clue what to expect from our team, just a lot of guesses.

  5. I liked the blue anteater that used to come on with the Pink Panther. Or maybe he was an aardvark. Whatever.

  7. I don't think it's fair to denigrate and stereotype turtles as trailer-dwellers. They get out more these days, live in upscale neighborhoods.

    1. Yeah, jayg. I'm not sure that telling us youre into naked turtles is vindicating.

  8. New thread UP.

It's basically non-sensical. You know where to find me writing sensibly.

  9. Hello, I have browsed most of your posts. This post is probably where I got the most useful information for my research. Thanks for posting, maybe we can see more on this. Are you aware of any other websites on this subject.

  10. Look, Nat, you really need to learn how to communicate more effectively if you want to receive information focused on your nonsense research needs. For written words that have no meaning, you should try that Tweeter of gibberish. For spoken nonsense, try talking to Carl’s wife. I don’t think she’s ever made a sensible comment. If you are researching nonsense in the context of foolish behavior, most any high school or college student should suffice.
